We are seeking BD Head who can manage regional business development. Professionals with around 18+ years of experience in EPC /Construction /Contracting companies shall be preffered for the role.
Responsibilites -
Develop and implement strategic sales plans for projects across the region.
Identify current business prospects, build client pipelines, and expand customer base.
Drive brand awareness through client engagement, presentations, and industry networking.
Meet with consultants, goverment clients ,developers etc.
Coordinate with internal teams to provide accurate proposals and solutions.
Track and analyse market trends, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
Inspire the team with a performance-driven, ethical and client-focused culture.
