Key ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC machines as per production requirements.
Set and adjust CNC machines, tools, fixtures, and work offsets.
Read and understand engineering drawings and dimensions.
Load/unload components and monitor machining operations.
Check component dimensions using measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer, and gauges.
Make basic tool offset and parameter adjustments when required.
Identify machining defects and take corrective action.
Maintain production targets, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
Record production and inspection details.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
