Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our real-estate team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, handling property inquiries, explaining available projects, and generating leads.
ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
Handle incoming property inquiries and respond professionally.
Explain property/project details, pricing, location, and offers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Follow up with interested customers regularly.
Schedule property/site visits.
Maintain customer and lead information.
Coordinate with the sales team and update them about interested clients.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident and polite speaking style.
Basic knowledge of computers/CRM is preferred.
Positive convincing and follow-up skills.
Real-estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome.
