We are looking for a agile Assistant / Deputy Engineer Responsible for Manufacturing of current injection moulds.
Key Responsibilities:
Manufacture current injection moulds as per engineering drawings and specifications.
Assemble, fit, and trial mould components to ensure proper functionality.
Repair, modify, and maintain existing moulds to minimize production downtime.
Operate tool room machines such as milling, lathe, surface grinder, drilling, and EDM machines.
Perform precision fitting, polishing, grinding, and bench work.
Inspect mould components using Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, dial indicators, and other precision measuring instruments.
Troubleshoot mould-related problems and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Coordinate with Design, Production, and Quality teams during mould trials and validation.
Carry out preventive maintenance and ensure moulds are available for production as required.
Maintain records and documentation related to mould maintenance, repairs, modifications, and trials.
Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools, machines, and equipment.
Follow Safety, 5S, quality standards, and company policies.
