Role & responsibilities
Operate and assist in running production machines as per standard operating procedures.
Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities or breakdowns to the supervisor.
Perform basic machine setup, cleaning, and routine maintenance activities.
Inspect products during production to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist in loading/unloading materials and maintain production records as required.

Preferred candidate profile
ITI (Fitter) qualification from a recognized institute.
Basic knowledge of machine operations, fitting, and maintenance activities.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
Understanding of workplace safety practices and quality standards.
Valuable communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to a production workplace.
