Roles and responsibilities:
Manage and maintain splicing tools, testing equipment, and materials.
Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and site standards.
Coordinate with NOC, field engineers, network teams, and contractors during faults and restoration.
Read and understand fiber/network diagrams, route maps, and cable schedules.
Install and maintain ODF, FDT, joint closures, patch panels, and termination boxes.
