Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing FIT, GIT and MICE itineraries and travel programs.
Research hotels, attractions, activities, restaurants and other tourism products.
Assist with quotations, costing, bookings and travel documentation.
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides and other suppliers.
Support the Sales & Operations team in handling B2B travel enquiries.
Assist with customer communication and follow-ups.
Support day-to-day tour operations and administrative activities.
Maintain accurate booking and client records.
