Field Recruiter – LogisticsLocation: Bangalore - Kormangala | Experience: 1–3 Years
Responsibilities:
Source and recruit delivery executives, drivers, and warehouse staff.
Conduct field visits, recruitment drives, and candidate screening.
Coordinate interviews, documentation, and onboarding.
Meet daily/weekly hiring and joining targets.
Maintain candidate and recruitment reports.
Coordinate with HR and Operations teams.
Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma preferred.
Recruitment experience in logistics/e-commerce preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel locally and work in a target-driven setting.
