Handle end-to-end purchase of ELV & ICT products* as per project BOQ and requirements.

Procure CCTV, Networking, Fire Alarm, Access Control, PA System, Fiber, Racks, UPS and related materials*.

Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, distributors and vendors*.

Obtain quotations and prepare Comparative Statements (CS)*.

Negotiate best price, payment terms, warranty and delivery*.

Obtain project-specific / special pricing and no-regret pricing* from OEMs and distributors.
Coordinate with Project, Presales, Stores and Accounts teams for timely material availability.

Prepare and release Purchase Orders (PO)* and follow up for delivery.
Maintain vendor database, purchase records and price history.





Identify alternative products/vendors and cost-saving opportunities*.
Monitor pending orders, material shortages and delivery schedules.

Prepare regular Purchase & Procurement MIS reports*.
Required Skills

Valuable knowledge of ELV products and BOQ*.

Strong vendor management and negotiation skills*.

Positive knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/Purchase software*.
Solid communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to work under project deadlines.
Qualification

Graduate / Diploma in Commerce, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain or related field.
