Job Title: Financial Analyst I
Location: Hyderabad
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 8 Months
Work Type: Onsite

The Top Key Responsibilities:
Execute end-to-end payroll processing across multiple US states (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
Audit payroll-related data to validate authenticity and accuracy
Process legal, severance, final, and missing pay
Handle wage garnishments in compliance with federal and state laws
Address employee queries and resolve concerns promptly

Mandatory Requirements:
4+ years of hands-on experience in US Payroll processing, garnishments, or payroll audits




Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-volume workplace
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelors degree required

Preferred skills:
Experience with US Payroll systems (ADP, Workday, PeopleSoft) and HRIS platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Experience handling high-volume payroll in a multi-state workplace
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Outstanding interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset

Education or Certification:
Any graduation
