Job Responsibilities
Process and pack daily orders from Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart & Rooh Amer website.
Print invoices, shipping labels and manage dispatches.
Handle returns, RTOs, exchanges and shipment tracking.
Manage basic Shopify and marketplace computer work.
Maintain inventory and order records on Excel/Google Sheets.
Handle customer calls, WhatsApp and online queries.
Resolve customer issues and coordinate with courier partners.
Ensure accurate and timely order processing and delivery.
