Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and online leads.
Understand customer travel requirements, budget, and preferences.
Recommend suitable domestic and international tour packages.
Prepare customized itineraries and travel quotations.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
Coordinate with customers regarding flights, hotels, transfers, visas, and tour services.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
Maintain accurate customer and lead records.
RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-oriented approach with strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
Previous experience in travel sales or tourism is preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication and a willingness to learn can also apply.
Ability to work with sales targets and follow-ups.
