Job Description

We are looking for a Shift In-Charge to join our footwear manufacturing unit. This role is an excellent prospect for fresh graduates to kick-start their careers in production management. Candidates with a BTech in Mechanical Engineering or a Diploma are encouraged to apply. The Shift In-Charge will be responsible for managing production related activities, coordinating with the manpower, generating reports, maintaining stocks, performing preventive maintenance activities, and managing spare inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the production team to ensure that production schedules are met.
-Manage and optimize production processes to ensure maximum efficiency and quality.
Supervise and coordinate with the production workforce to ensure that they follow all protocols and produce high-quality products.

-Generate daily and weekly reports on production activities, including progress and any issues that may arise.




Maintain accurate records of stock inventory and ensure that there is sufficient stock for production requirements.
Perform preventive maintenance activities to ensure that all equipment is in positive working order.

Qualifications:
Btech/ Dilpoma Mechanical/ITI
1+ year experience or freshers can apply.
Knowledge of lean, six sigma, 5S, and continuous improvement
Proficient in google sheets, ERP, data analysis
Strong leadership problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full time

Location: Calicut

Pay: 1,80,000 - 2,16,000 per year
