Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery such as shredders, sieving machines, conveyors, dryers, compressors, pumps, and packing machines.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems.
Inspect machines regularly and identify abnormal noise, vibration, overheating, leakage, or wear.
Replace and repair bearings, belts, chains, couplings, motors, gearboxes, sensors, valves, and other components.
Maintain and troubleshoot electrical panels, motors, starters, contactors, relays, and control systems.
Carry out routine lubrication, alignment, tightening, cleaning, and adjustment.
Support installation and commissioning of current machines and equipment.
Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, spare-parts records,



and preventive-maintenance schedules.
Coordinate with production operators to minimize machine downtime.
Ensure maintenance activities follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and lockout/tagout practices.
Monitor critical spare parts and inform the supervisor when replacements are required.
Assist in improving machine reliability, energy efficiency, and production performance.
Keep the maintenance workshop and tools properly organized.
Train operators on basic machine care and protected operating practices when required.
