Roles & Responsibilities
Drive sales growth through OEM dealer networks and distributor channels in the assigned territory.
Develop and manage relationships with OEM dealers, distributors, and key channel partners.
Identify recent business opportunities, onboard dealers, and increase market share through competitor conversion.
Execute dealer engagement activities, product training programs, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor secondary sales performance, dealer productivity, and distributor effectiveness.
Prepare sales reports, track market trends, and support business growth initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree (Regular).
3+ years of experience in OEM Dealer Channel Sales, Distributor Management, or B2B Sales.
Robust experience in dealer network development and channel sales management.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market share growth.
Preferred industries: Lubricants, Automotive Aftermarket, Spare Parts, Adhesives, Batteries.
Knowledge of the local language will be an added advantage.
