Role & responsibilities
Receive, verify, and process customer/sales orders accurately in the system (ERP/OMS/Excel).
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and vendors to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Maintain and update order trackers, invoices, dispatch details, and inventory records.
Track pending and backorders; follow up internally and with customers on order status.
Reconcile order data with sales,
Support process improvements in order flow, data accuracy, and turnaround time.
Preferred candidate profile
We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Processing Executive with at least 1 year of experience in order processing and robust Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
The role offers adaptable working hours and involves managing end-to-end order operations, coordinating with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams, and preparing accurate reports
