Job Description – MIS & SAP Reporting Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced MIS & SAP Reporting Executive to manage daily operational data, SAP transactions, Excel-based MIS, client reporting, reconciliation and invoicing for our warehouse, logistics and packaging operations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update SAP and Excel records for GRN, stock inward/outward, dispatches, shipments and inventory.
Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Daily Packaging Reports and other operational MIS reports.
Maintain records of bulk-to-finished cargo conversion, packing, deductions, bag damages, shortages and wastages.
Ensure all operational data is accurately updated and reported on a same-day basis.
Prepare and circulate daily/weekly/monthly reports to management and clients.
Coordinate with warehouse, packaging, operations and accounts teams for accurate data collection.




Prepare client-wise stock statements, reconciliation and monthly closing reports.
Assist in invoice generation, billing data preparation and verification.
Identify discrepancies in stock, production, dispatch and operational records and highlight them to management.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy, traceability and timely reporting.

Required Skills
Strong Advanced Excel skills – Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Power Query preferred.
Hands-on experience with SAP reporting/data entry.
Good understanding of inventory, GRN, dispatch, warehouse and packaging operations.
Robust analytical and reconciliation skills.
Positive communication and qualified email-writing skills.
Ability to work independently and manage daily time-sensitive reporting.

Preferred: Experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, packaging or supply-chain operations.
