accomplishment of production targets.
Knowledge / Experience in Project Management – Approval & Control, Activity
planning and tracking, Capacity workout, Resource management, Change control
& Management
Experience of team handling of 15 to 20 people.
Capex & revenue budget planning & execution
Knowledge of recent technology being used for capacity & quality Safety & ESG
improvement.
Knowledge of Gear Machining process & Equipment - like Hobbing, Shaving,
Rolling, Laser welding, Hard turning, Grinding, Tooth honing & grinding.
Knowledge on Heat treatment process.
Knowledge of all critical accuracies need to be maintained at Gear machining.
Exposure to machine programming & setting of critical equipment./ operation.
Well versed with various quality standards such as PPAP, APQP, LQOS, 7 QC
Tools, MSA & SPC.
Hands on experience on CAD, MS office, SAP
Exposure to Material / part handling




Basic knowledge of gear box housing machining
Basic Knowledge on Gear box / Trans axle assembly process
In-depth knowledge in Gear manufacturing processes & Hands on experience on
Gear manufacturing,
