VARAD AUTOCOMPONENT LLP is looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead our Press Forging Unit at Wai.

Key Responsibilities

Lead overall Plant Operations, Production, Quality, Maintenance, PPC & Tool Room.
Achieve Safety, Quality, Cost & Delivery targets.
Drive OEE, productivity, capacity utilization and cost improvement.
Improve forging process efficiency, die life and machine reliability.
Lead Lean, TPM, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and manage a robust cross-functional team.

Candidate Profile

15–20+ years of experience in forging / auto-component manufacturing.
Robust hands-on experience in Press Forging.
Proven experience as Plant Head / Plant Manager / Operations Head.
Solid leadership, problem-solving and KPI management skills.
