Job Description

We are hiring Membership Sales Executives to promote and sell membership plans to prospective customers through telephonic interactions.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Telesales, Insurance Sales, Credit Card Sales, Loan Sales, or Outbound Sales. Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are also welcome to apply.

Eligibility
12th Pass / Any Graduate
Experience in Telesales, Insurance Sales, Credit Card Sales, Loan Sales, or Customer Sales preferred
Malayalam-speaking candidates required
Good communication and convincing skills
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply

Roles & Responsibilities
Contact prospective customers through outbound calls
Explain membership plans, benefits, and offerings
Understand customer requirements and address their queries
Convert leads into successful sales
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities
Achieve monthly sales targets




Build positive customer relationships through effective communication

Target Structure

First 3 Months (OJT Period): Only 1 sale per month
Up to 1 Year: Only 2 sales per month
