Position Overview

The Systems Engineer is responsible for the design, support and management of the IT Infrastructure including Servers, Cloud, Networking, Security, Monitoring, Storage and Endpoint Management.

Primary Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership through analysis, design, implementation and support of IT infrastructure.
Manage Windows Servers, virtualization, cloud platforms, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, routers, switches, firewalls, SAN/NAS and endpoint devices.
Deploy and manage Group Policies, identity and access management, device compliance and endpoint security.
Implement best practices for cloud, security, backup and disaster recovery.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, networking and system issues.
Monitor systems, applications and networks to ensure optimal performance.
Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders and maintain technical documentation.





Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of IT infrastructure experience and 3+ years as Systems Engineer.
