About the Role:-

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving their queries, providing product support, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to understand and resolve issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:-

Handle customer queries through calls, emails, chat, and other support channels.

Understand customer issues and provide accurate and timely solutions.

Assist customers with product features, usage, and basic troubleshooting.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are properly resolved.

Escalate technical or complex issues to the relevant internal teams.

Coordinate with developers, QA, and other teams to resolve customer-related issues.

Maintain proper records of customer queries, complaints,



and resolutions.

Monitor and follow up on open support tickets.

Ensure a skilled and positive customer experience.

Collect customer feedback and share recurring issues with the concerned teams.

Maintain knowledge of product updates, features, and common issues.

Meet defined customer support and response-time targets.

Requirements:-

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
