Key Responsibilities
Manage customer delivery, fulfilment, KYC, onboarding & activation.
Conduct product demos for Forex Cards.
Explain and cross-sell Travel Insurance, E-SIM, Forex Cash and other products.
Build solid customer relationships and generate referrals.
Handle customer queries and ensure excellent service experience.
Candidate Profile
Graduate in any stream.
03 years of experience in customer-facing sales/service roles.
Excellent communication in English
Robust interpersonal skills and ability to interact with HNI customers.
Financial product sales/service experience will be an added advantage.
Two-wheeler preferred.
