Job Summary

Ipsaa Holdings Private Limited is looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Center In-Charge / Center Manager/ Mentors to manage the overall operations and growth of our preschool and daycare center.

The ideal candidate should be a people-oriented leader who can effectively manage a team, maintain high service standards, build strong parent relationships, and achieve center-level business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day center operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Lead, supervise, and manage the center team effectively.
Handle parent communication and resolve queries and concerns professionally.
Ensure child safety, hygiene, and adherence to quality standards.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline.
Support admissions, customer retention, and achievement of center business targets.




Coordinate with management and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Be adaptable to travel to and visit any IPSAA center across Delhi NCR as and when required by the management.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1- 3 years of relevant experience in preschool, daycare, education, retail, hospitality, branch operations, customer service, sales, or center management.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent team management and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle parents and staff professionally.
Robust ownership, accountability, and result-oriented approach.
Valuable administrative and organizational skills.
