We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager to lead and manage our manufacturing / fabrication operations. The ideal candidate will have solid technical knowledge, hands-on shop-floor experience, and the ability to drive productivity, quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and supervise day-to-day production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved within planned timelines and costs.
Manage manpower, machines, materials, and production schedules effectively.
Monitor production processes and improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies.
Coordinate closely with Quality, Maintenance, Purchase
