Handle OPD and IPD billing accurately and efficiently.
Generate OPD consultation, investigation, procedure, pharmacy, and other service bills.
Prepare and manage IPD admission, interim, and final discharge bills.
Ensure accurate entry of all charges, including:
Doctor consultations
Room/bed charges
Procedures and surgeries
OT charges
Laboratory and radiology investigations
Pharmacy and consumables
Verify patient details, deposits, advances, discounts, refunds, and outstanding amounts.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, and other departments for correct billing.
Handle billing through the Hospital Information System (HIS).
Assist with cash, insurance, TPA, corporate, and cashless billing processes.
Resolve billing discrepancies and patient/attendant queries professionally.
Ensure bills are completed accurately before patient discharge.
Maintain daily billing records and reports.
Follow hospital policies and maintain patient confidentiality.
