We are looking for a Software Engineer - QA to join our VoiceBOT team. The role will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of VoiceBOT solutions, supporting customer integrations, executing customer calling campaigns, monitoring campaign performance, and sharing accurate post-call data and reports with customers and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have robust QA fundamentals, valuable API/integration understanding, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with Engineering and Customer Success teams.

This is a hands-on role that requires both technical QA skills and operational ownership of VoiceBOT campaigns

Roles responsibilities areas
VoiceBOT QA Testing
Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of VoiceBOT solutions.
Validate different conversation scenarios, edge cases, fallback flows, and failure scenarios.
Conduct pre-production validation before customer campaigns go live.
Monitor production campaigns and proactively identify anomalies.
Customer Integration
Work with the Engineering and Customer Success teams to onboard customers onto the VoiceBOT platform.




Validate data flow between customer systems and the VoiceBOT platform.
Configure and validate customer-specific parameters, call flows, prompts, business rules, and campaign configurations.
Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with backend/AI engineering teams for resolution.
Campaign Execution Management
Set up and execute VoiceBOT calling campaigns for customers.
Validate campaign input data before execution
Post-Call Data Reporting
Validate and process post-call data generated by VoiceBOT campaigns.
Quality Process Improvement
Build and maintain test cases and regression suites for VoiceBOT workflows.
Create reusable QA checklists for customer onboarding and campaign launches.
