Responsibilities
Ticketing & Reissues: Handle daily domestic flight bookings, complex ticket reissues, split ticketing, cancellations, and refunds.
GDS Operations: Manage reservations fluently using the Galileo system.
Customer Support: Resolve queries regarding flight itineraries, schedule changes, and baggage allowances.
Requirements
Experience: 23 years in domestic ticketing.
GDS Skill: Excellent hands-on command of Galileo (Amadeus an advantage but Galileo is mandatory).
Technical Skill: Must know how to calculate fare differences and process automatic/manual reissues.
Communication: Positive verbal and written English communication skills.
