Role & responsibilities
Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to pitch products and generate high-quality sales enquiries.
Product Promotion: Explain and demonstrate the value of our electronic, electrical, and power solution products effectively.
Sales Pipeline Management: Follow up consistently on leads, enquiries, quotations, and active customer accounts.
Data Maintenance: Document customer interaction details and update daily calling reports systematically.
Team Collaboration:



Coordinate closely with the field sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed established daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain robust, long-term relationships with customers.
