Supernirman Materials Pvt. Ltd. is hiring agile specialists for the roles of Tender Manager and Tender Executive at our New Delhi location. Candidates must have specialized domain experience in IT equipment, Batteries, or Switchgears / Electrical product. These roles focus on end-to-end bid management, vendor coordination, and maximizing order conversion through government and PSU portals.

Role & responsibilities

1 . Tender Executive
Tender Tracking: Actively search, track, and identify relevant business opportunities across government portals.
Documentation & Checklist: Assist in preparing primary tender documents, compliance checklists, and mandatory bid forms.
Portal Operations: Upload finalized technical and financial bids accurately onto GeM, CPPP, and regional e-tender portals.
Data Management: Maintain comprehensive tender MIS sheets, documentation archives, and timeline trackers.
Team Support: Provide direct support to the management team during follow-up stages and post-bid order conversion.
Tender Manager
End-to-End Lifecycle: Manage the complete tendering process seamlessly from initial discovery up to financial closure.
Compliance & BOQ Analysis: Review high-level tender requirements,



complex technical specifications, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and legal commercial terms.
Strategic Collaboration: Drive cross-functional alignments between Sales, Finance, technical teams, Resellers, and OEMs.
Quality Bid Submission: Ensure error-free, highly compliant, and fully competitive bid submissions well before deadlines.
Conversion Tracking: Monitor tender results closely, steer strategic negotiations, and optimize order conversion metrics.

Preferred candidate profile
Domain Knowledge: Qualified experience dealing with IT infrastructure, Batteries, UPS systems, or Switchgear products.
Portal Expertise: Thorough working knowledge of GeM (Government e-Marketplace), CPPP, and other major e-tendering portals.
Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills paired with persuasive negotiation capabilities.
Data Management: High proficiency in MS Excel for parsing commercial specifications and maintaining structured reporting metrics.
Precision: Meticulous attention to detail along with proven strict deadline and time management habits
