Role & responsibilities;
Handle customer enquiries, orders and follow-ups.
Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Prepare quotations, sales orders and customer-related documents.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely closure.
Maintain accurate customer data and CRM records.
Follow up for payments and outstanding dues when required.
Generate daily/weekly reports on enquiries, orders and customer activities.
