As an International Career Associate, you will understand candidate aspirations, explain relevant international prospects and convert qualified leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with candidates interested in international jobs and overseas career opportunities.
Understand candidate qualifications, experience and career aspirations.
Explain suitable international career pathways, eligibility and processes.
Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Follow up with prospects and drive lead conversion.
Handle candidate queries and basic objections confidently.




Maintain lead and follow-up details in CRM.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Coordinate with internal counselling and operations teams.

Who Can Apply?
Freshers are encouraged to apply!
Candidates with 01 year of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Counselling or Customer Service.
Graduates from any discipline with good English communication skills.
Confident, energetic and comfortable speaking with customers over calls.
Strong communication, persuasion and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and interested in building a career in Sales / International Business.
Prior experience in EdTech, Recruitment, Counselling or B2C Sales is an advantage.
Immediate joiners preferred.
