Job Description

Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Solution Delivery
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored AI solutions to meet their objectives.
Manage solution delivery timelines and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
AI & Machine Learning Implementation
Lead the implementation of AI and machine learning models using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
Apply advanced analytics and data science techniques to optimize solution delivery.




Agentic AI & Generative AI Delivery
Drive the deployment of Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions, leveraging the IRIS platform's capabilities.
Integrate cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance customer operations.
Project Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead project teams through the AI solution delivery lifecycle, ensuring stakeholder alignment and satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project success.
Customer Success & Post-Deployment Support
Provide post-deployment support to ensure sustained customer success and solution optimization.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise post-implementation.
Technical Leadership
Maintain a deep understanding of AI technologies and trends to guide solution development and delivery.
Mentor and develop team members to build technical expertise and delivery capability.
