About the Role

Join Swiss Re's Property Treaty Underwriting Advisory group in Bangalore as a
Property Treaty UW Advisor. This is a rare chance to immerse yourself in
the rapid-paced, intellectually stimulating world of natural catastrophe
reinsurance — working with Swiss Re's proprietary risk modelling platforms and
collaborating with underwriting desks across the globe. You'll play a pivotal
role in shaping how risk is understood, priced, and managed for some of the
world's most complex property portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality NatCat costing by analyzing property exposure data and




providing underwriting advisory support to global underwriting desks
Model property portfolios using Swiss Re's internal and external risk
assessment tools, including Risk Link, MultiSnap, and GRP
Advise and guide underwriters in interpreting model results, understanding
model differences, and navigating model limitations
Collaborate on benchmarking and pricing of reinsurance contracts, working
closely with underwriters to develop robust costing solutions
Champion best practices in modelling and costing by continuously developing
and applying the latest methodologies
Partner with the global underwriting community and business partners on
projects that generate valuable services and insights for Swiss Re
Drive model improvement by leveraging findings from underwriting analyses to
enhance NatCat models and tools
Build sophisticated analytics and client services by extracting meaningful
insights from large and complex dataset
