Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
The Global Customer Care & Servicing Support team serves as a strategic partner to Consumer Operations, B2B Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and Data & Analytics organizations. We are responsible for delivering operational excellence, strengthening risk management practices, driving regulatory compliance, and enabling scalable,



consumer-centric processes across a complex global operating workplace. As the Principal, Global Care & Servicing Support, you will provide strategic leadership for global operational support functions serving both B2B and B2C processes. You will lead the development of process governance frameworks, operational risk management practices, regulatory readiness activities, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance performance, reduce risk, and improve consumer outcomes. This role requires an experienced financial services leader who combines solid operational risk expertise, deep process management capabilities, and strategic thinking to drive transformation across a highly matrixed organization. You will work closely with Operations, Compliance, Legal, Audit, Product, Technology, and Analytics teams to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, strengthen controls, and deliver measurable business value.
