Job Summary

The Business Head will be responsible for driving the overall business strategy, revenue growth, and operational excellence of BOP Realty. This role requires a seasoned real estate professional with solid leadership capabilities, deep market knowledge, and a proven track record of scaling real estate businesses.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall business strategy aligned with BOP Realtys vision and growth objectives
Lead sales, marketing, leasing, and business development functions to achieve revenue and profitability targets
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, land acquisitions, and expansion markets
Oversee end-to-end real estate operations including residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to guide strategic decisions
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, developers, investors, channel partners, and clients
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards across all projects
Drive branding, positioning, and customer experience initiatives
Prepare and present business plans, performance reports,



and forecasts to senior leadership

Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 10+ years of experience in the real estate industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Robust experience in sales leadership, business development, and P&L; management
In-depth understanding of real estate markets, transactions, project lifecycle, and regulations
Proven ability to scale operations and drive revenue growth
Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and decision-making skills
Solid leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
