Position: Shift Supervisors – Mechanical

Location: Cochin

CTC: Up to 6 LPA

Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 Years in manufacturing / production / maintenance environment

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Position Summary
We are looking for a Shift Supervisor – Mechanical to manage shop floor operations, ensure smooth machine performance, and support preventive maintenance activities in a rapid-paced manufacturing setting. This role is ideal for candidates who have robust hands-on experience in moulding machines, utilities, and maintenance coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise maintenance of moulding machines and auxiliary equipment during assigned shifts.
Coordinate and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.




Diagnose and resolve hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical issues.
Support machine installation, relocation, and commissioning activities.
Assist in monitoring and maintaining utility systems including compressors, chillers, cooling water systems, and DG sets.

Required Skills
Strong mechanical maintenance knowledge
Hands-on experience in moulding machines / production machinery
Basic knowledge of hydraulics & pneumatics
Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
Shift handling and manpower coordination experience
