Job Description:
Gather, analyze and document complex business requirements and processes.
Create BRDs and support solution design and implementation with Business and Technology teams.
Perform process mapping, simplification and standardization.
Support development of policies, procedures and process documentation.
Define RACI, roles and responsibilities across global stakeholders.
Work closely with CIB, Risk, Compliance and Control Functions.
Support Agile delivery, multiple releases, IT coordination and UAT activities.
Manage stakeholder requirements and build solid relationships across Business and Technology teams.
