Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards and best practices within the team.




Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and skilled growth.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
Strong experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
Expertise in code quality assurance, including code reviews and automated testing frameworks.
Ability to lead and guide software development teams through complex technical challenges.
Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and tools for software applications.
Experience in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to align technical solutions with business requirements.
