ITSM Application Development
Develop and customize ITSM applications, modules, and workflows.
Configure forms, business rules, notifications, service catalogs, and approval processes.
Implement enhancements based on business and operational requirements.
Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability.

Workflow Automation
Develop automated workflows for Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management processes.
Design and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Create reusable scripts and components to streamline service delivery.

Integration & Development
Build integrations with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
Support data migration and synchronization activities.
Develop custom APIs, connectors,



and automation scripts.

Production Support
Troubleshoot and resolve application and platform issues.
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
Support platform upgrades and release deployments.
Monitor system health and performance.

Collaboration
Work closely with Business Analysts, Technical Leads, Administrators, and Stakeholders.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and code reviews.
Prepare technical documentation and knowledge articles.
Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments.
