We're Hiring: Sales Executive – Brand Partnerships & Business Development At Paper Bind, we're a creative marketing agency helping brands grow through content, creators, influencer marketing, social media, and performance-driven campaigns. We're looking for a Sales Executive who can take ownership of generating current business, building brand relationships, and converting leads into clients. What you'll do: Generate, qualify & convert leads into clients Identify potential brands, businesses & key decision-makers Conduct cold outreach through calls, Linked In, email, Whats App & other channels Pitch Paper Bind's services and solutions to potential clients Schedule and conduct sales calls and client meetings Understand client requirements and identify relevant Paper Bind services Prepare proposals and coordinate with the internal team for client requirements Follow up consistently with prospects and move leads through the sales pipeline Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and decision-makers Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, prospects and closures Work towards monthly lead generation, conversion & revenue targets What we're looking for:



1–2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Client Acquisition Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills Confident with cold calling, pitching and follow-ups Proven ability to generate and convert leads Proactive, self-driven and target-oriented mindset Interest or understanding of marketing, advertising, digital media & influencer marketing Ability to research brands and identify potential business opportunities Strong relationship-building and client management skills Familiarity with CRM tools, Linked In, Google Sheets or sales tools is a plus Experience in a creative agency, digital marketing, influencer marketing or media workplace is a plus What you'll get: Work directly with brands, founders & marketing teams Exposure to influencer marketing, content, production & digital campaigns High ownership and opportunities to grow with the company Performance-based incentives Fast-paced, creative & entrepreneurial work environment Location: Mumbai / Hybrid Experience: 1–2 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Interested?
