JD-2 4 years of relevant experience in software testing, including substantial hands-
on web application automation.

Robust programming and scripting skills in Python, including functions, object-
oriented concepts, exception handling, modules, and data structures.

Hands-on expertise with Selenium WebDriver, locator strategies, browser
handling, and cross-browser automation.
Experience developing and maintaining Python-based test frameworks using
Pytest, unittest, Robot Framework, or an equivalent framework.
Practical experience using GenAI tools in web application automation workflows,
including prompt development and responsible validation of generated output.
Sound knowledge of SDLC, STLC, testing techniques, defect lifecycle, and
Agile/Scrum delivery.
Ability to create robust test cases from requirements and troubleshoot
automation or application failures.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and
documentation skills.
