Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Location: Ahmedabad Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in Motor Insurance, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Insurance Renewals, or Telesales will be preferred. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients. Handle insurance renewal calls and follow-ups. Coordinate with clients and understand their requirements. Explain insurance products and services to customers. Follow up with customers for renewals and pending requirements. Maintain proper records of calls, client details, and follow-ups. Achieve assigned calling and sales targets. Provide timely updates to the reporting manager. Requirements 1–2 years of relevant experience in telecalling, telesales, or insurance. Positive communication and convincing skills. Customer-focused and confident while speaking with clients. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and maintaining customer records. Ability to handle regular follow-ups and meet targets. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
