Introduction

As a Manager in Client Services, you will lead high-performing teams responsible for private equity fund accounting, financial reporting, and client service delivery. This role focuses on driving business growth, developing talent, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining robust stakeholder relationships, and delivering accurate, timely, and compliant services while supporting complex client requirements and strategic initiatives.

What You'll Do
You'll lead, coach, and develop Client Services teams, monitoring performance, managing workloads, providing feedback, and driving continuous improvement to achieve quality, productivity, and timeliness targets.
You'll oversee the review and delivery of complex private equity fund accounting activities, including NAV calculations, financial statements, capital calls, distributions, investor reporting, journal entries, and other client reporting requirements.
You'll build and maintain robust relationships with clients, cluster counterparts, and internal stakeholders, managing escalations, resolving issues, facilitating performance discussions,



and ensuring service levels and client expectations are met.
You'll ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, SSAE requirements, and risk management standards by reviewing deliverables, monitoring controls, approving compliance reports, and driving corrective and preventive actions when needed.
You'll support operational and strategic projects by facilitating fund onboarding and system migrations to Investran/Paxus, managing workflow planning and resource allocation, serving as a subject matter expert, and acting as an alternate to the Head of Delivery when required.
