About the Role

ETechDreams is looking for a creative,hands-onMarketing& SalesExpert who can take ownership of marketing and sales growth for our techSaaSproduct as well as contribute to the growth of our ITSalesbusiness. We are looking for someone who has experience in taking aproduct/businesstomarket,generatingleads,convertingcustomers,anddeliveringmeasurableresults.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for SaaS product.
Drive lead generation, customer acquisition and conversions.
Build and manage the sales pipeline for ETechDreams IT services.
Create innovative, practical and result-oriented marketing campaigns.
Explore current channels, partnerships and on-ground opportunities for growth.
Work closely with leadership to define positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies.
Build and eventually manage a small marketing & sales team.
What We're Looking For
3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Growth,



Product Marketing or Business Development.
Proven experience in product marketing and/or B2B technology sales. Someone who has been part of a product's journey from market entry to growth.
Solid communication, negotiation and customer-facing skills.
Highly creative, entrepreneurial and hands-on.
Solid execution mindset with a focus on leads, conversions and revenue.
Ability to independently build processes and eventually build a team.

We're not looking for someone who only knows how to plan marketing campaigns. We want someone who can think, create, execute, sell, experiment and deliver results. If you are someone who loves building something from scratch and making it grow, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
