This is a remote position.

We are looking for experienced Conversion Agents who speak Hindi or Urdu to join our remote team.

Position Requirements:
Must be fluent in Hindi or Urdu plus English (managers manage in English; English is not for phone speaking)
Previous experience as a Conversion Agent is required
Ability to work remotely
Must have own PC/laptop and skilled headset
Strong communication and customer service skills
Motivated, target-oriented, able to work independently
Regulated company — must have previous experience working for a Forex company

Working Hours: Monday to Friday; 9-hour shift including 1-hour lunch break

Compensation & Perks:
Basic salary: $500–$750 per month, depending on experience
