Role Overview
BSRI Solutions is recruiting on behalf of an international business for a global finance role. You will support
performance management with accurate, forward-looking analysis of commercial results, costs and cash.
You will also improve finance data, reporting and the use of AI-enabled tools so leaders can make informed
decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver recurring and ad hoc FP&A; reporting across commercial, cost and cash performance; identify
trends, risks and opportunities.
• Build forecasts, scenarios, financial models and KPI reports that support senior leadership decisions.
• Improve master data and reporting structures to provide consistent, reliable financial information across
teams.
• Use generative AI tools, including Copilot, and predictive analytics to strengthen reporting and forecasting.
• Turn analysis into recommendations on pricing, margins, cost efficiency, EBITDA,



working capital and
cash flow.
• Partner with finance colleagues and senior stakeholders across regions, presenting complex findings as
transparent actions.
Qualifications and Skills
• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or business administration, or an equivalent
qualification.
• At least five years of experience in FP&A;, commercial finance or business performance management in a
multinational environment.
• Robust financial modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis skills, with advanced Excel and Power BI
proficiency; SAP or Anaplan experience is an advantage.
• Practical experience with generative AI in finance, especially Copilot; machine learning or Python
experience is a plus.
• Sound business judgment and the ability to communicate financial insights clearly to senior stakeholders
and work across cultures and functions.
• Qualified fluency in English; additional languages and a CPA, ACCA, CMA, CIMA or CFA qualification
are advantages.
