About The Role:

As a Picker & Packer, you will be the backbone of our dark store operations. You will be responsible for efficiently picking and packing customer grocery orders accurately to ensure 10-minute delivery promise.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process customer orders on handheld scanning device
Accurately pick products from racks by scanning QR codes
Quality check, packing & labeling to prevent damage during transit
Update order status on device after picking/packing
Maintain clean, organized work area and assist in stock replenishment & inventory audit

Eligibility:
Education: 10th / 12th Pass and Above (No English Required)
Age: 18 - 35 years
Gender: Male / Female (Male only for Night Shift in some stores)

Morning: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
