FBA allows sellers to outsource warehousing, payment processing, delivery returns, and customer service to Amazon. This frees sellers to focus on product development and marketing their products to potential customers.

We're seeking a dynamic Program Manager to drive transformative improvements in fulfillment experience of India FBA sellers. In this high-impact role you will spearhead initiatives to reduce seller contacts and eliminate friction for IN sellers.

Key job responsibilities
Design, standardize and implement creative processes across multiple business functions
Performs quantitative analysis of key process indicators to identify prospects and deploy tactical initiatives
Work with product or tech teams to scope out and drive tech changes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, product managers, and finance partners to drive program goals
Drive business profitability through end to end ownership of the program
