Job Description

Marketing & Event Coordination
Support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives in collaboration with regional marketing teams.
Coordinate customer visits, partner meetings, and business events.
Plan and execute trade shows, exhibitions, industry events, and internal business meetings.
Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, registrations, and communications.
Prepare and maintain customer and prospect databases from trade fairs, industry associations, and marketing sources.

CRM Management & Analytics
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems.
Track customer interactions, marketing activities, and event participation.
Support database management and lead tracking activities.
Assist in preparing marketing reports, dashboards, and basic business analytics.
Ensure timely and accurate data collection for management reporting.

Business & Sales Support
Support customer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) through data preparation and coordination.
Assist with business reporting requirements and performance tracking.
Support regional teams with ad-hoc marketing and business development initiatives.
